天下第一江山——镇江

  镇江位于江苏省西南部，长江与大运河交汇处，是国家历史文化名城。历来是兵家必争的军事重镇，是苏南、苏北重要水陆交通枢纽，素有“真山真水，雄秀绮丽”、“天下第一江山”之称。镇江山清水秀，人杰地灵，拥有三山（金山、焦山、北固山）国家重点风景名胜区和道教名山茅山，展现了3000多年的历史长卷和壮美景象，以历史与现代的有机结合，令人耳目一新。

  As a historically and culturally renowned city, Zhenjiang is located in the southwest of Jiangsu province, the meeting point of Yangtze River and the Great Canal. Zhenjiang is always of military importance, the hub for the transportation between the southern and northern part of the province. Reputed as “the Number One Scenery under the Heaven”, Zhenjiang features beautiful landscape and talented personnel. Three mountains including Mt.Jinshan, Mt.Jiaoshan and Mt.Beigushan are depicting the history of 3,000 years and spectacular sight together with Mt.Maoshan, the Taoism mountain.
