天台山

 天台山位于浙江省东部台州市境内，为“中华十大名山”之一，素以“佛宗道源，山水神秀”而著称于世，既是中国佛教天台宗和道教南宗的发祥地，也是活佛济公的故乡，唐朝诗僧寒山子的隐居地。天台山自然资源得天独厚，集诸山之美，风景雄奇秀丽；人文景观悠久灿烂，独放异彩，名胜古迹众多。
  Located in the eastern central part of Zhejiang Province, Mt. Tiantai, one of ten famous mountain in China, is the birthplace of both Tiantai-sect of Chinese Buddhism and Southern-sect of Chinese Taoism, also the hometown of Monk Ji Gong, the living Buddha. It also boasts beautiful sceneries and enriched natural resources, splendid human landscape and more places of interest.
