埃及——阿斯旺  

  阿斯旺是埃及南方的一个重要城市，她位于首都开罗以南900公里处的尼罗河东岸，是埃及的南大门。古代曾为驿站、兵营和贸易要站，商贾云集。现为埃及与非洲其他国家进行贸易的重镇以及通往苏丹的门户，地位相当重要。

　  Aswan, an important city in the south of Egypt, lies on the east bank of the Nile, around 900 kilometers from Cairo. Historically, it was an ancient frontier town. But now it was the country’s major town to Africa controlling the trade routes from the south to the north and the important gate heading for Sudan.
　　Being truly considered the jewel of the Nile, Aswan is Egypt’s sunniest southern winter resorts. The Nile here, is at its most beautiful, flowing through amber desert and granite rocks, lush islands covered in palm groves and tropical plants. The city proudly boasts the ancient Egyptian relics and modern civilization including world-top Aswan Dam.
